Axxis Beauty Compensation Plan: Recognizing Sales, Team Growth, and Leadership

At Axxis Beauty, we believe Advisors should be able to understand how the compensation plan works and what qualifications apply. The plan recognizes several parts of building a business: personal retail sales, team growth, and leadership development.

Personal sales commissions

Personal commission rates increase with monthly personal retail sales:

Monthly personal retail sales

Commission rate

$0–$999

20%

$1,000–$1,999

25%

$2,000–$2,999

30%

$3,000–$3,999

$4,000 or more

40%

The plan describes the higher tier as retroactive to qualifying sales for that month. The base commission is paid weekly, and the retroactive portion is paid the following month, on or before the 15th. An Advisor’s own discounted order does not earn the base 20% commission, though the plan describes retroactive commissions on those orders.

Advisor discount and inventory

Advisors receive 20% off personal purchases using their personalized code. There is no inventory requirement: customers order directly, and Axxis Beauty handles fulfillment.

Team growth and rank

The plan has eight numbered ranks. As Advisors meet the qualifying sales and active-leg requirements for each rank, they may qualify for team overrides across up to four levels. Beginning at Rank 03, the 50% leg rule supports balanced team growth by limiting how much of the qualifying sales volume can come from one leg.

Fast Start bonuses

The plan includes two different Fast Start opportunities:

  • Personal Sales Fast Start: Advisors can earn product credits by reaching personal retail sales milestones during their initial qualification window. $500–$999.99 qualifies for $50 in product credit; $1,000 or more qualifies for $150 total.
  • Builder Fast Start Bonus: Advisors can earn a bonus based on qualifying team sales volume during their initial qualification window. The bonus rate ranges from 5% to 10%, with the highest qualifying tier applied.

After the Builder Fast Start period ends, the Advisor Enroller Bonus may reward an Advisor for bringing a new Advisor into the opportunity. It pays 10% of a qualifying initial order of $150 or more after discounts.

Rank and maintenance bonuses

Reaching a new rank for the first time may qualify an Advisor for a one-time Rank Advance Bonus. Advisors at qualifying leadership ranks may also earn a monthly Maintenance Bonus when they requalify. The plan lists a $150 personal sales requirement to activate monthly bonuses, and the maintenance bonuses are not stackable with each other or with rank advancement bonuses.

The plan includes specific qualifications, payout timing, and rules for each bonus. Compensation is not guaranteed, and results vary based on individual sales, team performance, qualifications, and other factors. Advisors should review the official plan and explain its terms accurately.
