Axxis Beauty Returns, Exchanges & Shade Selection Policy
At Axxis Beauty, we take pride in the quality, care, and intention behind every product we create. Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, all sales are final. Because each item is crafted with attention and care, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged in transit or due to warehouse error.
Shade Selection & Visible Packaging (Base Complexion Products Only)
All of our base complexion products (including foundation, BB cream, and other complexion bases) are designed with clear, visible packaging so you can easily see the true color before use.
Each shade is clearly visible in the bottle for this exact purpose—so you can confidently choose the right match before opening.
Important:
If you received a shade match and feel the shade is not a good match once delivered, please contact us immediately before opening or using it at:

We will be happy to assist you with a shade exchange.
However, once a product has been opened and used, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange for a different shade.
This policy applies only to base complexion products and does not include blush, bronzer, lip gloss, lipstick, or other non-complexion items as those are not eligible to exchange.
This policy helps us maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards for all customers.
Damaged Items Policy
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
Once verified, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund for the damaged product.
Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion for verified damaged items only.
Please Note
Returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage—including change of mind, incorrect shade choice, or personal preference—cannot be accepted.
We strongly recommend reviewing product descriptions, shade details, and photos carefully before purchasing to ensure satisfaction.
