The Protein Balls We Keep Making at Home

The Protein Balls We Keep Making at Home

Some recipes become part of your routine because they’re easy, taste good, and disappear almost as quickly as you make them. These protein balls are one of those recipes for us.

They’re inspired by peanut butter cookie dough, with little bites of graham cracker and mini chocolate chips throughout. We make them with Axxis Beauty protein powder, and you can choose vanilla or chocolate depending on what sounds good that day. Chocolate gives them a richer flavor, while vanilla lets the peanut butter and graham cracker come through.

They take just a few minutes to mix, and there’s no baking involved. Make them as larger bites or roll a batch of mini ones to keep in the fridge for a quick snack.

Axxis Beauty Protein Balls

Makes: About 8 large balls or 16–20 mini balls

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons PB2
  • 2 scoops vanilla or chocolate Axxis Beauty protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons finely crushed graham cracker
  • 2–4 tablespoons milk
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the PB2, protein powder, crushed graham cracker, and sea salt.
  2. Stir in the vanilla extract and maple syrup or honey.
  3. Add the milk one tablespoon at a time, mixing until the dough is thick enough to hold together. The amount you need may vary depending on your protein powder.
  4. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  5. Roll into 8 large balls or 16–20 mini balls. Enjoy right away, or chill for 15–20 minutes for a firmer texture.

That’s it! If you try them, let us know which version you made: vanilla or chocolate. Around here, we’re happy to make room for both. 🤎
