Hi, we’re Kortney and Ryan — husband and wife, parents, business partners, and the founders and owners behind Axxis Beauty.
Axxis Beauty started with a much bigger vision than simply creating another beauty brand.
We wanted to build a company people could genuinely be proud to represent — one centered around quality products, education, opportunity, transparency, community, and leadership.
As the founders, our role looks different from the role of your Director of Advisor Development. Your Director and team leadership are there to help you with your day-to-day development, onboarding, training, and growth as an Advisor.
Our responsibility is to build and continually strengthen the company behind you.
That means focusing on the bigger picture: developing the Axxis brand, expanding our product portfolio, improving company systems and resources, creating opportunities for our Advisors, overseeing operations, strengthening fulfillment, protecting the integrity of the brand, and establishing a culture capable of supporting long-term growth.
We aren't interested in building something that simply looks successful from the outside.
We want to build something sustainable.
Our vision is to continue creating an infrastructure where Advisors have the products, education, systems, leadership, resources, recognition, and company support necessary to build something meaningful of their own.
We believe there should be a healthy distinction between company leadership and field leadership.
Our Directors of Advisor Development are responsible for pouring into their teams and developing Advisors into stronger business builders and future leaders.
As founders, we are responsible for continuing to build a company worthy of those leaders.
That means listening. Improving. Investing. Creating. Making difficult decisions when necessary. Protecting the foundation of Axxis Beauty and continually asking ourselves one question:
How do we make this better for the people building alongside us?
We understand that behind every Advisor account is a real person with a real life.
Some will join because they simply love the products.
Some want additional income.
Some want community.
And some will look at Axxis Beauty and see the opportunity to build something significant from the ground floor.
There is room for all of those people here.
We don't believe success should require sacrificing the very life you're working so hard to create. We want Axxis to be an opportunity that can grow with your life — not consume it.
We also believe leadership should never be built around one person.
Our goal is to create leaders who create leaders, systems that can grow beyond us, and a company whose foundation becomes stronger with every person who contributes to it.
We may have founded Axxis Beauty, but our intention has never been for its story to end with us.
We're building for what Axxis can become five, ten, and twenty years from now.
We're building for the Advisor who hasn't even discovered us yet.
We're building for the future leaders who will eventually mentor hundreds or thousands of people we may never personally meet.
And we're building for the possibility that something that began with one family's vision can eventually become a brand recognized far beyond the community we have today.
We're still early.
There is still so much to build.

Team Legacy
Hi! I’m Tay — wife to my 5th-grade sweetheart, proud momma of two with our third on the way, and Director of Advisor Development at Axxis Beauty.
I have spent several years building and developing communities within direct sales, and those experiences have shaped the kind of leader I want to be. I’ve seen the incredible opportunity this industry can create, but I’ve also learned that sustainable success requires more than motivation. It requires leadership, structure, education, consistency, and a culture where people genuinely feel supported.
My leadership philosophy has been heavily influenced by John Maxwell and the belief that leadership is ultimately about influence, service, and developing people who can eventually develop others.
As Director of Advisor Development, my role is to help Axxis Advisors grow from the moment they say yes.
